The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to several western style fast food restaurants and just down the street from a variety of shops and malls. it is situated right on a busy highway, which can be noisy and busy.
The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Good location if you want to go to the city and the airport fast. Room was clean and quite comfortable
Everything is a little old and it shows. Our toilette was not working properly, but after we notified the staff, they fixed it

My Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. The location was ideal and close to many restaurants and shops.
The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but it was not available during my stay. the staff could have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a great city break with stunning views from our room and a peaceful night's sleep. Being located in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore all the attractions that the city had to offer. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a big bonus, and we certainly enjoyed the local cuisine.
The front desk staff could have been more friendly and informative about the surrounding area, and the hotel itself could have benefited from some updating, especially in the bathroom. the overall decor was a bit dated compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
